Technical Training in Hemodynamics and Interventional Cardioangiology | SOLACI–CACI

The SOLACI–CACI Technical Training in Hemodynamics and Interventional Cardioangiology is an academic program designed for the initial training and professional development of non-physician healthcare personnel involved in Hemodynamics services. This initiative combines up-to-date theoretical content with a flexible learning format, aimed at strengthening the role of the technical team within modern cardiovascular intervention.

The program is intended for healthcare technicians and professionals, including radiology technologists, cardiology technologists, registered nurses, nurses with bachelor’s degrees, professionals in medical imaging and biomedical imaging production, and surgical technologists.

The course is delivered through monthly live online sessions, held one Friday per month from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and complemented by virtual content available on the online campus. Participants may also choose to attend optional hands-on workshops at the CACI Simulation Center, focused on the practical application of acquired knowledge.

The curriculum covers both foundational concepts of work in the Hemodynamics laboratory and disease- and territory-specific modules. Topics include coronary angiography and interventions, venous disease, neurointervention, structural heart interventions, aortic and peripheral interventions, as well as a dedicated module on arrhythmias, electrophysiology, and pacemakers.

This training program represents a valuable opportunity to update knowledge, acquire practical skills, and enhance professional performance within the interventional cardiology team, supported by the academic endorsement of SOLACI and CACI.
