The Latin American Society of Interventional Cardiology (SOLACI) regrets to inform the deceased of Miguel Granja MD, renowned and prestigious pediatric interventional cardiologist.
Dr. Granja was instructor of many physicians, both Argentinian and Latin American, which today practice pediatric interventionism and adult congenital heart disease.
He was chief and creator of the Hemodynamics Service at Children’s Hospital Dr. Pedro de Elizalde, Head of the Pediatric Hemodynamics at Hospital Italiano, Founding Member of the Latin American Society of Interventional Cardiology and former Director of the Pediatric Committee of the Argentine College of Interventional Cardioangiologists.
SOLACI mourns the passing of this teacher and friend.
