Letter from SOLACI President to Our Mexican Colleagues and Brothers

On behalf on the Latin American Society of Interventional Cardiology (SOLACI), today I extend my fraternal condolences to our Mexican brothers for their suffering caused by the deadly earthquakes of September 7 and 19 that mostly affected Oaxaca, Chiapas, Puebla, Morelos and México City. We feel the loss of your beloved and the commotion for the damage to your homes, your workplaces and your schools.

All Latin America supports your efforts to recover from this terrible ordeal and admires your strength in the face of this unforeseen tribulation. We are sure that, as always, Mexico will rise and recover their habitual role as international leaders in the field of Medicine, especially in interventional cardiology. You have our support.

With love,

JOSE LUIS LEIVA PONS

President SOLACI 2017-1019.
