Coronavirus | Recommendations to Stop the Pandemic

Recomendaciones de la ACC con el nuevo coronavirus

On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus, a Pandemic. This means the disease has spread worldwide across all five continents. To this day, the virus is present in more than 100 countries and over 124.000 people around the globe have been infected.

In response to this situation, the Latin American Society of Interventional Cardiology (SOLACI) calls the entire population to take extreme prevention measures and precautions to contain further spreading.

In this regard, we repeat the recommendations made by the Argentinian Ministry of Healthcare which, seeing as the epidemiologic crisis extends across borders, applies to all inhabitants.
