McMaster University in Canada, is developing a 1-year training program on imaging guided percutaneous coronary intervention (non-invasive cardiac CT, IVUS and OCT).

The program seeks to develop the following competencies:
- Intravascular imaging interpretation
- Performance of imaging guided complex PCI
- Training on cardiac CT for cardiovascular assessment
- Participating in imaging lab research projects
It is required that physicians applying to this program have completed a fellowship on interventional cardiology and be independent operators.
The program offers financing alternatives, either partial or complete.
