More than 2,500 professionals from LATAM enjoyed SOLACI-CACI 2024

Last week, we experienced a new edition of the SOLACI-CACI 2024 Congress, and the result was a complete success. 2,585 professionals from 36 countries gathered at the Hilton Hotel for an event that featured 8 simultaneous rooms, live cases, joint sessions, international guests, academic debates, scientific updates, and much more.

It was a special event because the Latin American Society of Interventional Cardiology celebrated its 30th anniversary. In this context, for the first time, the Dr. José Eduardo Sousa and “SOLACI 30 years” awards were given to outstanding figures in Latin American interventional cardiology.

But that’s not all: for the first time, 30% of the faculty was composed of women. Additionally, we had a total of 645 faculty members, and for the Call For Science, more than 300 abstracts, 81 oral presentations, and 151 e-posters were submitted.

In this regard, it was an extremely successful event, and we can only invite you to continue developing Latin American interventional cardiology at the next SOLACI-SOCIME 2025 Congress, which will take place from August 6 to 8, 2025, at Expo Santa Fé, CDMX, Mexico.

We look forward to seeing you there!
