Rules of the call

Case Report Form "El Salvador 2024"

Complete the following form with your personal information and attach the corresponding .DOC/.DOCX or .PPT/.PPTX files.

Requirements:

Submission must include a PowerPoint file explaining the case. Such a file shall have up to 5 fixed slides with case highlights.
The submission should also include a Word file with an endorsement letter written by the Director of the researcher’s institution.
Optional: Submission documents can also include a text (Word) file with an additional description of the case, mentioning its highlights in 300 words or less.

File size can be compressed using WinZIP or WinRAR. In such a case, all files can be attached in only one folder in .ZIP or .RAR format.

Should you experience any difficulties with the submission form, send your case directly to webservices@solaci.org and proeducar@solaci.org, meeting all of the aforementioned requirements (case summary in a Word file, PowerPoint file with the case, endorsement letter, personal information, etc.).
